       You did an awesome job on the calibration. The interpolation is perfect, even thru 1.75 thick A-2. But I noticed yesterday before I left the X axis kinda howls or roars, or something like that. I'm not sure if this noise is a normal one or not. I'll be here at work today (Saturday) till about 12:00 if you want to call. Or call Monday.   (the noise is normal ball screw hum at rapid traverse)

       The rebuild of "Z" axis and the laser calibration of all the axis’ is great. Our programming is no longer a chore because now the machine does exactly what we tell it to. Holding tolerance of +.0002 is a piece of cake. Thanks for an excellent job done.
