Machine Tool Laser Alignment and Laser Calibration Is Our Specialty!
We began by servicing, selling and installing DIGITAL READOUT SYSTEMS for manual machine tools. The addition of a Hewlett Packard Laser Alignment and Calibration System in 1986 enabled us to take a "hands-on" approach calibrating and aligning machine tools and optimizing their condition.
Since then we have dedicated our efforts to improving the condition of many various machine tools from calibration only, all the way through to On-Site rebuild of alignment geometry including, evaluation, recommendations, implementation, completion and verification. Some examples of a rebuild are a LEBLOND MAKINO Horizontal CNC mill, an OM CNC VTL, an OKUMA CNC mill, and a PRATT WHITNEY manual jig borer. These projects and more, give us invaluable experience in many areas of machine tool service, including mechanical alignment and repair, electrical troubleshooting with component replacement, CNC calibration and parameter adjustment.
Ballbar Analysis using our Renishaw QC-10 adds more analysis capability.
The second Hewlett Packard Laser Alignment and Calibration System add more capacity.
Our third laser calibrator, a Renishaw Calibrator System adds flexibility.
Then after diligent consideration, we have added new capabilities of shaft to shaft alignment, bearing bore alignment, spindle to bore alignment, and dynamometer alignment, with our PRUFTECHNIK, AG. ROTALIGN-PRO Laser System. This allows us to offer additional services from one source. Combined with our machine tool experience we can offer alignment and calibration services not possible elsewhere.
